L\u2019\u00e9dition 2021 du guide Michelin, dont les annonces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites en ligne, r\u00e9compense le travail particuli\u00e8rement difficile des chefs qui, malgr\u00e9 la situation, n\u2019ont eu de cesse d\u2019apporter le meilleur sans jamais renoncer, plus qu\u2019une passion, une v\u00e9ritable vocation pour ces artistes de la gastronomie.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e 81 restaurants sont \u00e0 l\u2019honneur avec 8 nouvelles entr\u00e9es au sein du prestigieux guide.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Une mention sp\u00e9ciale au chef Fran\u00e7ais Olivier Elzer qui grimpe une marche et gagne une \u00e9toile de plus au palmar\u00e8s, avec son restaurant l\u2019Envol, passant de 1 \u00e0 2 \u00e9toiles.
